Hi, I'm Almotasim — I work between web development and data analysis.
I hold a diploma in Web & Tech Development and Im in the final year of my Data Science bachelors degree. Working across both makes me see projects differently the data and what it means, and the interface people actually use.
I plan before writing the first line, and I use AI as a tool that speeds the work up — not a replacement for the decision.
A project starts as a messy spreadsheet and ends as a tool the team opens every morning.

Freelance full-stack — Webste Coffee Store
A live e-commerce site with an admin dashboard: Node.js and SQL behind it, React and TypeScript in front. Companion mobile app for pickup orders and loyalty points in progress.

Revenue dashboards — Power BI
Twelve-plus internal Excel sources folded into one Power BI view: Python for the prep, Figma for the layout. The 2025 rebuild added average performance rates and faster drill-down.

Sales Analytics Challenge
Open LinkedIn data challenge, around 300 participants. Cleaned and modelled a raw sales dataset into a Power BI read on revenue and product performance.

Lead the front desk team, and work with the other departments to answer their questions.

Handled guest and visitor services, managed reservation correspondence, responded to emails, and performed night audit operations.
